This gunner of the Royal Artillery wears a crossed cannon qualification badge above a single long service & good conduct stripe on his right sleeve. No other identifiable insignia are to be seen on or about him. He wears khaki tropical service uniform and his foreign service helmet has a khaki cloth cover.
