An almost mint condition image of a mounted sergeant of the Royal Artillery. He appears to have the ribbon for the India General Service Medal on his frock. Behind him is a gun and it's limber. The only part of the gun visible is a portion of its rounded breech which implies it is an older, muzzleloading model, possibly a 9 pr 8 cwt RML gun
