A military policeman of the Philippine Constabulary form sometime around 1910. Impeccably uniformed this young constable inscribed a touching message to his sister but unfortunately did not record his name.  The inscription which is partly readable shown below reads:

" Dear sister,  This is a token my (?) and symbol of our true, sincere, faithful, loyal and forever "sister brothership"! Your brother."
