Charles Bailey of the 2nd Battalion, Royal Scots Fusiliers. Bailey was commissioned 12 November, 1884Promoted Captain of the Indian Staff Corps on 12th November, 1895 and Major on 12th November 1902. He served in the Indian Staff Corps as Squadron Officer, 16th Bengal Cavalry. Served in the Burma Campaign (1885-87) and in the Boer War (1899-1902) with Kitchener's Horse. Carte de Visite C.
