| A group of four senior sergeants of the what is most likely the 4th Battalion, Rifle Brigade taken sometime around 1892. The battalion arrived in Devonport/Plymouth in 1892. The men wear various combinations of medals which include the 1881 Afghanistan Medal, the India General Service Medal (1854) with 1885-87 "Burma" clasp and the Long Service and Good Conduct Medal.
