| An somewhat humorous but highly over played stereo image of a British sergeant returning home from campaign in some far flung corner of the Empire. He seems not to have wasted a moment in coming home being that his uniform is still covered with dust from the battlefield! Although the image dates from the Boer War it was probably intended to be generic and represent a soldier returning form any one of a number of Queen Victoria's so-called Little Wars.
